Day 36 – A new begining

When I started this challenge I could not wait for this day…the FINAL day.  Now….I can’t wait to keep going.  My energy level has increased 100X’s and I generally sleep less but feel more rested.  I fit better in my clothes but the biggest achievement of all is that I finally got rid of my SPANX!!!  I could not have done this without the support of Jeremy Solitio my trainer…Thank you so much for waking up early and working out with me at 5:30am.   Thank you to my readers…seeing you keep going kept me going.

Are you ready for the results….drum roll please….and folks this is with only two dietary restrictions for the past 36 days: no alcohol and limited sweets.  I have reduced my weight by 5lbs and lost a little over 2% in body fat!!
